Noun (grammatical) classes in the East-Caucasian languages: system and history
— Makhachkala, DSC of RSA, 2006. — 338 p. (rus.)

Having analyzed the great variety of organizations of noun classes in the East-Caucasian languages and their description and interpretation we suggest the new different vision of their system and history and reconstruction of the changes in the systems of noun classes from the time of their formation in the cultural communities of early agriculturists of the North-East Caucasus till their modern state in the Avar-Andin-Tsez and Nakh languages.
The periods in the formation of the systems of noun classes in the East-Caucasian languages are correlated with the stages of cultural and historic development of the North-East Caucasus and their relative chronology is determined.
